Have A Huge Balloon Of Water On My Leg And The Skin Hangs When The Pouch Of Water Is Emptied. Reason?
My father is 69 and has diabetes. Today he found a huge balloon of water on his leg, he got 3/4 of a pint of water out but it keeps filling up. When the pouch of water is emptied the skin just hangs, bag is not small it's very large. What can be wrong?

It appears from the symptoms that your father is having exudative discharge. Which keeps collecting. As you describe fluid is serous type it might mot be due to infection
