Have A Blob In Vision, Migraines, Severe Astigmatism, Nearsightedness. Wearing Contacts. Should This Raise Concern?

i am having a slightly black blur in the corner of my left eye. it doesn't go away after blinking. it started yesterday afternoon but has not gone away. i kind of thought it might be the beginning of a migraine, but it's not. i have a severe astigmatism and am near sighted. i have a very strong prescription and wear contacts. should I be concerned?
