Have UTI, Severe Headache, Nausea, Rashes, Soreness In Neck, Unable To Move. Why Do I Have Temperature?

I have had a uti since Thursday which has been quite severe. In the early hours of Saturday morning I woke up with a very severe headache which made it painful to move. Then about 24hoys ago my back/ lower body started to hurt - becoming quite unbearable in the last few hours. In the last few hours my neck has also become sore. I don't have a temperature, nausea, rash. I will see a doctor later today but wonder If I should treat this as an emergency now.

Hi,
As you got urinary tract infection, you get all these symptoms.
go for one urinary antibiotic medicine course like Ofloxacilin after consulting your doctor.
Take ibuprofen, paracetamol combination tablet to get symptomatic treatment for pain, body ache etc.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
