Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if there has been cold and you blew your nose and led to popping and pain there is a possibility that you have got perforation of the eardrum
While other possibility is that there has been the symptoms of ringing and clogged feeling due to fluid accumulation in the ear as well as ear infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
For infection and small perforation antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and decongestants can help..
In case of large perforation surgical repair known as Tympanoplasty can be advised..
If the is fluid accumulation surgical drainage can be done for faster relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
