hi doctor now i am 31 weks and 3 days pregnant...... from the first month itself i have bp problems now i am adviced to take nicardia retard 10 mg as 6/12... i am also having gestational diabetes and is taking insulin at the level of 6-4-2. my doctor says that i cant go more than 36 weeks with my current situation... from the 4 month itself i began to have swelling in my legs and also body... at the 7th month i was admitted for increased bp, diabetes, less fetal movement and urine infection. doctor gave me aminowell daily once for 4 days.. after that my swelling decreased but not completely.. now i am having breathing problems and pain at the back of my ribs.. scanning was done 2 days before and my doctor said that baby is 1.83 kg in weight and baby is fine.. is it a must i should undergo a c-section at 36 weeks? can you please answer me? this is my first pregnancy.. little bit worried too
