What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Post A C-section?

BP of My wife went high on 5th day after giving birth to a baby through C section. It was always normal before and during pregnancy. on 07/19 it was 160/90 and goes 180/84 then Dr started IV and magnesium for next 24 hours. after stopping magnesium Dr. started BP medicine labetalol and increased strength gradually but instead of going down BP touched 204/93 marks.

it may be anxiety neurosis take salt free diet and medicine as advised by doctor. get urine tested for albumin and petal edema. tablet aldomet may bring down the BP. but take the advise of doctor.
