Hello and welcome to health care magic,
The hearing loss in ears determines the disability percentage which is an index of calculation of the disability and your benefits if any.

The usual formula can vary and thus you must contact any ENT surgeon who is working in a government sector and get the disability assessment from him or her which will entitle you to many benefits as given by the government

A typical formula involves binaural calculator as PTA average of better X 5 + PTA average of poor ear divided by 6. This in your case would be an percent of 50 which will be a moderate hearing impairment. In any case this varies from state to state so contact a government ENT doctor in your area and get the proper certification done.

Hope this helps
