Has Diarrhea, Mucus Filled And Yellow Stools, Foul Smell. Is It A Result Of Cold?

Two year old daughter, average hgt, wght. good health. etc. updated vacinations. Has had strong smelling (fishy) yellow, mucusy diarrhea . Normally very good appetite , but slowed down a bit last cple days. Recently (over last 10 days) had cold, mucusy cough , runny nose , but has gotten better. Concerned about the smelly, yellow, mucusy diarrhea several times a day (3-4 times). Not normal- very, very smelly! Should we wait ( been 3 days) or go to our doctor now? Is this just a result of the cold or something else?
