Hanging Objects From Buttocks, Not Painful Or Uncomfortable. How To Get Rid Of Them?

Hi, I have strained to go for a poo the last week and I now have 3 small things hanging out of my bum, they do not hurt, uncomfortable or anything, only know they r there coz I felt them. I have been putting that prep h stuff on and pushing them back in but they keep coming back out and are not shrinking. How do I get rid of them please as I dont want my partner to notice them

It seems more like an external hemmorhoids more commonly called piles . or it could be an anal tag .

It is generally when you strain at stools that you develop . since you do not have any symptoms you can ignore it or you can get it surgically removed .

for which you can get evaluated by a surgeon .

Also avoid constipation .
drink plenty of fluids .
