Hands cramping when holding small object. What is this?
My hands are cramping up when I hold a small item for a while, like a sewing needle to sew on a button. Even the other hand when I have to hold the material for a while. I have to put everything down and relax and massage my hands for a while, but that good feeling doesn't last long and by continuing work cramps come back. I would appreciate very much if you could diagnose this. Thank you very much!
