Hand Was Run Over By A Truck. No Fracture, Have Muscle Tear. Blood Clots Seen. Itching, Hurting. Treatment?

i fell from a bike and truck ran over the side of my right hand. Luckily there was no fracture. However there
was muscle tear from my forearms extending to my biceps. The swelling has reduced but there are blood clots
on my forearm and biceps. The wound is healing but there are blood clots which are hurting & itching.
I am having stomach upset taking antibiotic. Pls suggest what i should do for bllod clot

The soft tissue injuries and the hematoma that you have suffered is likely to be painful. It is best to use a hand brace or tie a crepe bandage for relief. Keep the hand elevated, avoid all sources of infection, take a mild pain killer.
