Had Viral Infection, Tiredness, Weakness. Had B12 Checked. On Miraqule Tablet. What Is The Treatment?

i Had a viral infection almost on 20th Aug, after that i was feeling very tired & weaknes. Then i checked the B12 and it was less than 83.i had a gidiness kind of problemand it was feeling inside the body. also the same problem use to be there when i was continiously sitti& standing up, then i use to feel the giddiness. if walking continiously, it was not observer or very less observed. Doctor have started the treatment with some injection & Miraqule tablet.Pl advvise what kind of treatment req.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Please continue the treatement by your Primary care physician.

Miraqule is nothing but a Coenzyme Q10 tablet.
It is used in plenty of diseases ranging from migraine headache to Heart disease.
It main use is the prevention of cell damage.

Vitamin B12, also known as Cobalamin or Cyanocobalamin, helps in formation of red blood cell and regulating the functions of nervous system.

B12 can only be found as eggs, milk, fish, meat, and liver.

Thus i advise to take as much as non vegetarian diet as you can.

Check for any iron deficiency anemia.
Do the following inveatigations.
1. Full Blood Count.
2. HB %
3. Iron transferrin saturation.
4. RbC Volumes.
5. Serum Ferritin levels
6. Upper GI endoscopy to ruleout atrophic gastritis

After these investigations consult with your PCP for further management.
