Had Unprotected Sex During Periods. Taken Morning After Pill. Itchy Breasts. Problem?

My girlfriend and I were goofing around while on her periods and there was brief penetration (unprotected) no ejaculation .. I got her morning after pills which was 3 days after the incident just to make sure and she seemed fine. we had planned sex yesterday and again no ejaculation but today she took the morning after pill again. she complains about itchy breast and feeling sick. what s the problem? please respond to YYYY@YYYY ASAP

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Intercourse around the time of periods won't lead to pregnancy generally.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
If she took the emergency pill within 72 hours of the act that can protect from pregnancy.
The symptoms she is having could be side effects of the pills.
Repeated usage of emergency pills can lead to problems, so better to avoid.
There should be at least 2 months gap between two pills.
