Had Surgery For Ductal Carcinoma In Right Breast. Have Aneurysm, Neoplasm On Right Lung. Related?

I had ductal carcinoma in situ (right breast) and surgery 14months ago. During the various tests it was found that I also had an aneurysm (thoracic aorta) and a small neoplasm on the right lung. Is it likely that these are related and will increase the chance of my death? PS All tests are showing no further breast cancer and no change in the aneurysm or neoplasm.

Has it been definitely labelled as neoplasm. The ductal cancer and the ?neoplasm could be related but aneurysm of aorta is unlikely to be related.

You need to be under regular follow ups for lung neoplasm if it has been so labelled.
