Had Stomach Pain Above Scrotum. No Infection And Hernia. Have AFIB, Take Pradaxa With Nexium And Cardizem. Suggest?

I am 65 years old have had some lower pain bottom right stomach above scrotum went to doctor today while on the road. He checked urine with no indication of infection. Checked for hernia nothing. Some tenderness in right scrotum good blood pressure which I take daily. I have AFIB and take Pradaxa twice a day along with nexium, crestor, Lanoxin and Cardizem. I was prescribed Sulfamethoxazole-TMP DS. After checking on-line for side effects I have questions on using the medicine particularly since I am on a blood thinner. I have recently taken vaccination for Ph. Would like recommendations.
