Hello,

Alcohol itself causes gastritis lead to stomach pain and bloating. Eating spicy food and fatty oily food lead to bloating.

Other possibilities are food intolerance and Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems et cetera. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week, if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
