Had Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy Ended Up With Left Salpingectomy. Taking Thyroid Medication And Euthyrox. Continue?

Hi doctor, I am a 29-year-old female with a hx of ruptured ectopic pregnancy ended up with left salpingectomy in Jan 2011. This ectopic pregnancy happened during my 3rd cycle of taking Fertab tablets to induce ovulation.
I am taking thyroid medication named Euthyrox, and Glucophage to help regulate my insulin level and folic acid for more than 2-3 years now. After almost 3 years of taking Euthyrox tablet, only now my TSH level is in normal range after increasing the dosage to 75 mcg daily. Now my TSH is in low normal range. Should i continue the same dosage of Euthyrox or reduce ? please advice

Dear Ma'm, Sorry to hear about your ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Coming straight to your query about reducing the dose of thyroxine based on low TSH, ma'm please don't decide on the basis of low TSH alone. Please check your complete thyroid profile, see your doctor who will assess your symptoms and then only he will take a decision regarding dose reduction or continuing the same dose.
