Welcome to HCM
Greetings of the day

As you are already exposed , and even if might have contacted HIV, you still may be in serological window period, which usually becomes positive after 3 months of exposure. Get p24 antigen assay done to know whether you are infected. Please have a reliable partner and protected sex, if such episode repeats again please contact your physician within 72 hours who can advise you about post-exposure prophylaxis. Also remember there are many other disease contracted by HIV.
Get back if you have any other queries.
