Had Pain In Lower Back And Numbness In Leg. On Cortisone Injections. Ordered EMG. Pinched Nerves On Lumber 4. Cure For Symptoms?

I have had a pain in my lower back and numbness down my right leg for almost two months I have had three cortisone injections in my lower bank of cortisone. Then on last Friday Dr. Bash ordered an EMG which resulted in them finding pinched nerves on my Lumber 4 on both sides. I am scheduled for another injection not until August 28th , am I doing the right thing. Dr. Bash seems really nice but m. What do I do.y lawyer was angry that all he believes in is injections

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some irritation or pressure on nerves passing through degenerated ,osteoartheritis L4 spine.
Go for physiotherapy regularly.
Go for back extension exercise.
This will help a lot.
Take some calcium,B1, B6 and B12 capsules.
Ok and take care.
