Had Heart Episode, Underwent Quintuple Bypass, Mitral, Aortic Valve Replacement, thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Repair. Pain In Joints

Hello--my background story first please. I am a 57 year old white male. I had a heart episode last May. Diagnosed w/CHF. On May 21st underwent quintuple bypass, mitral and aortic valve replacement and thoracic aortic aneurysm repair. Since I have prescriptions for low-dose aspirin, Furosemide, Citalopram, Pravastatin, Lisinopril and Carvedilol. At first all went OK. Increased my exercise, got stronger and felt fine. Now however I have much less strength and my joints are killing me {right knee, both shoulders, neck, skull behind ears and the bottom of my left foot}. It is very near impossible to get any exercise, which I need to keep my weight down and help my cardio. The one thing my doctors seem to ignore is I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 1992. I feel this is interfering with my recovery, but I am not sure. My question is what could be causing my pain. Thank you for any insight/help.

Hello Welcome To HCM,
I studied your case and I suggest you to do some blood investigation like Vitamin D 3, Vitamin B12, Calcium And most important HLA-B to rule out the Ankylosis. It might be that whatever exercise you are doing is good for you so do the exercise under any fitness experties. After investigation hope so you can find your solution.

Thanks & Regards
