Had Fracture In Femur And Tebia, Becomes Tired While Walking. Got Polio

I had polio in my right leg ...had not many difficulties though...but after fracture In femur and tebia in same leg I can't walk even half a kilometer..I can walk only if I stop in between... but when I m tired it becomes rather a challenge for me to walk....here I would like to mention that fractures occurredat the age of 32 and 38 years rrespectively.....please help as sometimes it becomes really embarrassing and challenging

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Since you can walk for a distance and feeling tiered after that problem will in muscle could be due to reduced blood supply. get your leg examined by a physician. Get Doppler test of lower limb vessels done. Regular exercise helps to keep muscles in good condition.
