Had Embryo Transfers, started Bleeding. Positive With Closed Cervix, Urine Test Negative. Suggestions?

Hi. I had a 5 day embryo transfer on 24th April, 2 hatching embryos. 5th April positive pregnancy test. Starting bleeding 8th may went to a&e this showed still positive with closed cervix. Went for tummy & transvaginal scan today & nothing showing plus thinner lining. Urine test negative but was told urine would be weak due to drinking lots of water & not being first urine of the day. Is there ANY chance I could still be pregnant? This is our very first positive test since starting this journey 11 years ago :(( What has happened?

Hello
thanks for your query.
It seems that you have miscarried the pregnancy.
With a negative pregnancy test, and empty uterine cavity on transvaginal scan, chances of your being pregnant are almost nil.
There could be various factors leading to the abortion, in IVF.
Please have a thorough evaluation by your treating doctor.
All the best.
