Had Ebstienbar. Legs Felt Tight While Walking In Stairs, Not Pain But Tightness. Suggest?

Hi I hope you can help! This year starting the end of Feb to end of April I had ebstienbar. I never had it in the past. My legs while I was so tierd were different . They felt very tight walking up and down the stairs. I was not in pain but always felt a tightness. Today I feel fine. I don't believe I have ebstienbar now but my legs are still tight. Can you help

The tightness in the legs that you are feeling is likely to be due to muscle spasms caused by the viral infection. Doing a hot fomentation and taking oral muscle relaxants will help.
