Had Dental Procedure. Having Abdominal Pain, Diarrhoea. Caused By Irrigation, Suction?

I have had abdominal pain and diarrhea after my dentist appointment, I hadn t seen a dentist in about a yr and a half and the hygenist said my gums were really infected and it took her a while to scrape and clean them, she irrigated often and suctioned it out, is that enough to cause severe abdominal pain if I ingested it?

Hi,
Nothing to worry if you do not have any gastric problem after cleaning your gums.
Ingested material might have thrown out out within 2-3 days.
If you have any gastric problem like pain in abdomen, loose motions or nausea then consult your doctor and go for treatment.
Ok and take care.
