Had Back Surgery, Has 2 Penny Sized Painful Lumps In Lower Abdomen. What Could This Be ?

My husband just had back surgery 2 weeks ago (not sure if it s even related) and he s 27 years old. He says he woke up this morning with 2 penny sized lumps in his lower abdomen , one on each side between his hip and belly button. One is bigger than the other and is painful. They are on the inside, not on top of the skin. He doesn t have insurance... any clues to what this could be????

these can be lumphnodes as the lymph nodes are reactive to infections
if they come in drainage rea of back side they will definately must have enlarged
or due to use o medicins during after and before surgery like paracetamol vitamins and diet suppliments
can wait and after theinfection is over they will ubside slowly
