I have understood the complaint I would suggest you that there may be infection of the sinuses that is causing the headache and eye twitching and for your concern i will suggest you that if there is high rise of pressure intra cranially there will be too acute symptoms like projectile vomiting, fever and severe headach. But still I would suggest you to consult the E.N.T Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
