Had A Minor Cold, Now Large Tonsils. Covered With White Spots. Tonsils Had Blood. Yellow Mucus. Tried Honey, Lemon. Suggestions?

So I think I have tonsillitis.... Last week i had a minor cold and now one of my tonsils is larger than the other. And it cover with white spots and thus morning the back of my tonsils had blood on it. I was coughing up yellow mucus and blood I haven't been able to sleep and the pain has spread to my ears and it is excruciating. I just want to get rid of this pain... I've tried it all Garglin with salt water and lemon and honey and applying heat and ice to my neck

yes infective sinus causingcld and flow of infected mucus through back of pharynx ver tonsils the mucus from sinus sometimes has blood in it
the mucus when fall in stomach can cause back reflux of acid with half digested materials into tonsil causing white spots
sinus specific antibiotics ,antiallergics antiseptic mouth wash gargles and antacids can treat it
take analgesic sos for pain
neomycin h ointment in nose and sea water drops cn clear the mucus from back f pharynx and tonsils
