I RECENTLY HAD A VASECTOMY AND STILL EXPERIENCING PAIN AND NOTICED THAT THERE IS HARD TISSUE ATTHE INCISION SITE APPROX HALF INCH LONG. THIS IS NOT PRESENT ON THE OPPOSITE SITE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET BACK TO THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE BECAUSE HE IS OUT OF TOWN. COULD SOMETHING HAVE GONE WRONG SINCE I STILL EXPERIENCE PAIN AND IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS?

hello dear
thanks for your query at health care magic
swelling and pain after vasectomy can be due to small blood clot in that region,
hard swelling most probably would be blood clot.
most of the time it will resolve by itself.
if you still have continous pain and unbearable get ultrasound scan done that will rule out any major abnormality ,
regards
