Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question. My assumption is that before the polypectomy, your cycles were irregular, or you were having irregular bleeding. A D&C is limited in terms of its ability to completely remove polyps that might be present. It is my opinion that you need to be re-evaluated for regular bleeding, and this evaluation needs to include re-evaluation for polyps. This would include labs to check for thyroid dysfunction, prolactin levels, diabetes screening, labs related to PCOS, and an ultrasound called a sonohysterogram. Only then can one make a guess as to whether you will need assistance to get pregnant, or whether this will happen on its own. Do not give up hope!! I hope that this helps and good luck!!
