Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
There are hundreds of serotypes among HPV. All are not sexually transmitted. Only few can cause genital warts and very few can go for cancer. Many people remain asymptomatic in spite of their regular sex contact with their spouses who have HPV. Malignant changes among males due to HPV is very rare. only if your spouse got any manifestation we have to bother. otherwise ignore.
