Groin Lymph Nodes, Swelling, Painful, Blocked Vein, Varicose Vein In Testicles, Weakness, Itching. What Is The Yellow Pus?

am a 19 year old male who is sexually active and circumcised . 2weeks ago i woke up with a fever and swollen groin lymph nodes and my penis was heavily swollen at the crown. i also had a massive headache and general body weakness
i took fever medicine and was okay generally except for the pain and swelling at the crown....i even had unprotected sex despite the pain.....i took strong anti biotics for three days and the swelling started to reduce in the groin and in the crown of the penis.....within a few days however the symptoms started to reappear especially at the groin and i had a swollen hard lump like a blocked vein at tge base of my penis shaft....it was painful and i decided to visit a urologist who said it was an injury during sex or while dreaming.... he however disregarded my other symptons and put me on anti inflammatory drugs and some antibiotics even though i was already on anti biotics...he also said that i have varicose vein in my left testicle....after two days of medication i noticed a little white discharge coming from my penis and my penis glans becoming veryitchy and having dry skin that peeled off...and 2 yellow spots formed on my glans just below the opening of the urethra its been a few days and now more yellowish painful to touch sweeling are appearing on the bottom of my glans which is itchy and has dry flaky skin that has an odour that i wouldn't term as bad.....one of the spots burst yesterday releasing yellow pus and blood

please tell me what could be the problem

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

As you are a sexually active male having unprotected sex, the first possible condition to be ruled out is a sexually transmitted infection. You must take antibiotics for complete course and not only 3 days for cure. The yellowish discharge may be due to infection and a culture and sensitivity test needs to be done to know which organism is present and what antibiotics will work best.

Always have protected sex with your partner. It is safe for both of you.

Hope this helps
