Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the knee is likely to be due to a soft tissue injury. Since the pain is persistent even after two weeks of the injury, it needs to be examined and investigated ( MRI scan) for proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
