Got Cut In Penis Close To Head, Foreskin Swollen. What Do I Do?
Okay so i was having sex yesterday, & everything was good until i start seeing blood i thought it was her but then i went to wipe it off & put some water on it it hurt like hell... i had like a cut in the back of my penis close to the head. i got scared so i put a bandaid now i wake up & take up the bandaid & my foreskin is swolleen????????????!!!!??
Hi and thanks for the query,
I think this should be an inflammation certainly due to the traumatic activity. I do not think you really need to be alarmed. It would be appropriate to maintain some good hygiene around the area and keep it dry. Simple analgesics for a start of associating them with non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs initially could be sufficient. In case the wound is really too large, a simple broad spectrum anti biotic for a few days could be helpful. Consulting your primary care physician could help if you think it deserves some dressing or its really that big.
Hope this helps and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
