Got A Tetanus. Arm Swelled Up. Still Have Chills. Have Sinuses, Nose Burns. What Are The Upcoming Risk?

I got a tetanus shot on Saturday night September 28th. Arm did swell up and finally today is much better. Im still experiencing the chills periodically...and am tired. My main concern is my Sinuses. My nose burns and it feels like a sinus infection on and off. Do I wait it out, or do i need back in to the clinic. The reason for the shot was i stepped on a nail and also fell and cut myself. Thanks Neal

Persistent sinus related symptoms warrants an exam by your doctor. Thats the fastest way to diagnosis, treatment, and resolution of your symtpoms. The tetanus vaccine is unrelated.
