I am 28 year old male I am 6 feet tall and weigh 220 lbs. For about a year now at different time maybe once evey other month I have had small chest pains. I do not have short of breath or anything. When it has happen I think about it and it stays but as soon as I get to doing something I will forget about it and it goes away. What could I be hopefully not heart attack symptoms.

Getting frequent chest pain at the age of 28 is unlikely to be heart attack. However nowadays heart attack occurs rarely in the younger age group also due to change in the life style or due to familial disorders. Hence it is better to undergo certain investigations such as ECG, lipid profile and blood sugar. You are also over weight and it is one of the risk factor for heart attack. Prevention is always better than cure. Hence do exercise to reduce your weight, follow diet control and avoid smoking. About 25% of patients who develop heart attack die within 1 hour of heart attack before they reach the hospital. Hence kindly consult a physician to rule out heart disease.
