Gastritis, chest tightness, abdominal pain, diarrhea. H pylori test normal. Precautions against symptoms?
hi i am 32 year old woman ...i am suffering from gastritis ...all other medical reports are normal including H pylori but i still have the symptoms like tight chest, abdomen pain ....doctor tried prilosec and nexium ...it did not work now on dexilant but suffering from diariaha also....what drug should i take to get cure soon...its been a month and am really fed up now....also I do not take alchohole, cigarates and coffee or tea.....then what could be the cause and what precautions i should take for not getting this again?

I really appreciate your concern, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day
