Gained Weight Due To Depression, Poor Eating Habits, No Exercises. What Should I Do?

Hi, I gained so much of wait due to depression & poor eating habits along with NO exercising. Also, when i try to workout at the gym i get some other issues. I want to see how liposuction can help me in a low budget. This weight gain is affecting my confidence and day-to-day life. I am 28 & I am 196 pounds which is close to 35 BMI and i understand it s very dangerous to be at this BMI.

Dear sir,

I think you should go for bariatric surgery option if it is hampering your activities of daily life.
