Hi, Noted your history, short and specific. Fuzzy stools can be due to the following reasons: Increase bacterial imbalance. High fiber diet as you are taking it. Food an beverages that you consume also have a direct impact on the consistency of stool. Intolerance to certain foods and beverages. Hence I would advise you the following: Get the stool tests done for three days. Tests of blood, for CBC, thyroid pancreas and liver functions. CT scan of abdomen. Colonoscopy has already been done but the report is not available. If there is any evidence of an intestinal infection then you need a prescription based antibiotic, Metronidazole, probiotics; symptomatic and supportive management.
