Frequent Motions With Blood Stain, No Pain. Reason ?

Hi ,
My grand daughter 2 years old had 5-6 motions since today morning. First stool in the early morning was solid. But after that she passed stools which were somewhat watery with mucous and sign of blood. She is not complaining any abdominal pain. We are giving ors and planning to give Enterogermina suspension. We are in Delhi.
What could be the reason for blood in stool?
What is your advice in the case please?
