Hi Shagul Hamid,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you are having allergic cause to your problem.
You should find out the allergens i.e. the factors which are triggering your attack and try to prevent them. They can be anything like your perfume, cream, wall paint, A.C., etc.
Get yourself investigated for :-
1. Complete Blood Count(CBC)
2. Absolute Eosinophill Count.
3. X-Ray PNS.
You can take antihistaminic like
Fenofexadine 120 mg once a day along with phenylepherine.
Also take a
Vitamin C supplement.
Also get yourself examined clinically by an
ENT specialist to rule out Deviated Nasal Septum(
DNS).
Following healthy lifestyle habbits will decrease the frequency of illness :-
1. Wash your hands before and after meals.
2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
3. Exercise regularly in fresh air.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
