Frequent Anal Leakage, Rawness In Anal Area From Continued Wiping. No Indulgence In Anal Sex. Advice
I am a 45 year old male and I have been experiencing anal leakage for about 6 months. I can defecate, clean myself and within 20-30 minutes have to go clean myself again. And again. I am not gay and do not practice any type of anal sex activity. It is affecting my job due to lost productivity, and my anal area is almost constantly raw from continued wiping. I would appreciate any help.

Consult surgeon and get examined.
Exercise of pelvic floor might give some relief.
