hi
in erectile stage if u feel no pain and it easily slide over head of penis-glans then its normal and u need not to worry.
but if u feel pain every time and frenulum become tight ,then u need to consult surgeon.
use lubricant jelly during sex or masturbation to avoid trauma .
circumcision if u need is very minor operation and will cure ur problem for life time.
it can done at any time

Can I lead a normal healthy life&have a good sex life after marriage with tight foreskin problem(Phimosis)? I am 28 years old and I have a tight foreskin problem (Phimosis) of the penis. I cannot pull back my foreskin totally to reveal the head of the penis even during complete erection. I have seen the foreskin roll down completely in **** movies, but its just not possible for me to do the same even during complete erection. Moreover, the head of my penis (under the foreskin) is very very sensitive, so I am scared to pull it back completely. I am planning to get married soon, so I am even more worried now that it will affect my sex life after marriage. Is this normal for guys my age? Will I be able to lead a normal and healthy life without any complications with this problem?

Hello sir I am a 29 year old male. I got recently married and having a healthy sexual life. Two weeks back, I was not able to retract my foreskin. I tried it forcefully and it was very painful. White colour discharge was there under the fore skin. The condition did not resolve and I approached a general physician, who said that I am suffering with phimosis and he has given soframycin cream and phexin as medication. It s around three weeks now. If I wash my penis and slowly retract the skin back there are no issues but when it gets erect it s really painful. The foreskin is very dry and if I try to pull it back, inflammation occurs causing irritation and pain. Please help

I am 18 years old and in good health in my opinion (never needed to go to doctors) and for years now I have had what appears to be small pimples but feel like stones underneath the skin of my penis beneath the head. I am not circumcised and they don't cause any discomfort at all but can occasionally hurt if squeezed etc.

So, basically, the other day my girlfriend & I were unergoing some sexual beheviour (She was quite vigeriously giving me a handjob) but it all felt fine, yeah. But I ve never actually stretched my foreskin back myself, whereas from her force, she managed to get it back quite some way.Since this (Yesterday, 17 hours ago) my foreskin has come back up, but only, this time it isn t completely covering my bellend, whereas it was before. 90% is covered, but the very top is visable, as if the foreskin is too.. floopy , or loose to cover my bellend back up again. It is literally just a circle shape at the top of my penis, and that is the only part which isn t covered up, but I feel like it should be. I m not really sure what to do/If I should be worried.I m 16 and not circumcised.

Hi there Dr. Kakkar, I have asked you a question before about pumps on my penis. I went to see a local doctor and he confirmed your diagnosis and prescribed a cream which took care of the bumps within 10 days. Thanks you very much for that....
