Fluid In Upper Thigh And Above Belt Line. Amputee, Diabetic, Heart, Cellulitis. Suggestion?

Hi there,
I have fluid in my right upper thigh to my to just above the knee. I also now have fluid at the belt line on my right side of my body. Goes from my belly-button around halfway to my spine. Not to painful, just weird having it there. Feels like edema. My weight is around 350#. In a wheelchair since the last seven year. I am also a L/BK (67) amputee, diabetic with heart condition and PTSD, and several other conditions. Been subject to Agent Orange spray in late 60's. Also in the last 3 years I have been in the hospital with cellulitis about 20 times. The cellulitis is painful. Got any thoughts on this issue with the fluid in my leg and right side?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the oedema due to the hypoprotinaemia, anemia, hypovitaminosis B, or renal failure.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe diuretic in low dose, bcomplex for temporary relief. Thank you.
