Hi ...l had intestinal surgery 5 years ago for a purferation. Before that was diagnosed with diverticulitis and diverticulotous. Recently have had a flare up and was full of poop and l mean full! l had exrays and cat scan and s\it did not show any signs of obstruction or blockage. was told to go home and drink restoralax 2 to 3 times a day. Was told this could take up to 2 weeks to clean me out. Well it has been two and a half weeks and it has unplugged me but l am still very bloated. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had intestinal surgery for perforation, previously had diverticulosis, i am uncomfertable with pain and fullness.
I to my patients prescribe a combination of omeprazole and domperidone, and antacid for relief. Thank you.
