Hello and welcome to HCM,
Widal test is done for infection with salmonella typhi and salmonella paratypi A, B and C causing the clinical disease typhoid.
The interpretation of Widal test depends on a number of factors.
1. One value of widal is not of much value. Rising titres of two consecutive tests is more significant.
2. Base line titres og O antigen >1:80 and H antigen >1:160 is significant.
3. A four fold increase in the titres after 4 weeks is more significant.
4. Widal test comes as reactive in first week of disease through 4 weeks.
5. If one has taken antibiotics before the test, widal test may be negative.

In your case, S. typhi H antigen has titres of 1:320. This is significant and suggests infection with salmonella typhi.
Treatment for typhoid should be started.
Consult your physician for the management.

Thanks and take care
