Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history your blood report showed elevated ESR, first understand,The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),Westergren ESR, is the rate at which red blood cells sediment in a period of one hour.
It is a common hematology test, and is a non-specific measure of inflammation
There are many causes in which it is high multiple myeloma, auto-immune diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis,
Chronic kidney disease and chronic infection like tuberculosis.
Treatment depends on cause and there is no specific treatment of high ESR.
If your fever and other symptoms have subsided then just recheck the test if not full check up and investigations should be done to detect the cause of high ESR.So it can be treated accordingly.
Please take care.
Good Luck.
