Fell Down On Gravel. Swelling Has Come Down, Headache, Pain In The Bone Around Cheek And Eye. Consult Doctor?

I TOOK A HARD FALL AND SMASHED MY LEFT SIDE OF MY FACE ONTO THE GRAVEL. IT SWELLED IMMIATELY AND TOOK ABOUT 4-5 DAYS FOR THE SWEELING TO GO DOWN. IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO. I HAVE NECK PAIN ON THAT SIDE AND HEADACHES OFF AND ON AND FEEL PAIN AROUND THE BONE AROUND MY EYE AND CHEEK BONE. SHOULD I GO TO THE DOCTOR OR GIVE IT MORE TIME?

Hello,
Although you look better than before and your symptoms are also subsiding but you must get an X -ray of the face done to look for any bony injury on cheek bone or bones around your eyes.
Keep taking some anti inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for another 4 to 5 days.
You should be all right in next one week time if there is no fracture on facial bones.
