I fell last week which was a simple fall on the sidewalk. There was no bruising nor any brakes. However, my right leg has been aching ever since. I ve been using capacin cream and arnica gel. The pain has subsided after the first night but it still aches.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry that the pain is still present, even after using the analgesic gels. Consider taking an X-ray to rule out a hairline crack or fracture. If not, it should be strain on the tendons.

Take oral analgesics like Tylenol which are available over the counter for a few days, twice daily after food.

Adequate rest is also must.

Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Shanthi
