Feeling The Need To Open Bowels All Time, Nothing Much Comes Out, Sore, Itchy. What Can I Do?

I'm feeling the need to open my bowels all the time, ( even feeling huge pressure about my back passage) but when I go to the loo I either just pass wind or a small 'rabbit dropping' comes out, but every time I get a load of clear yellow tinted jelly like stuff, my back passage Is now really sore and feels constantly itchy (as though I've got a splinter up there)

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Take high fiber diet and drink lot of fluids.
The jelly like substance is mucus. If it is persistent, get a stool test and a sigmoidoscopy test done to rule out inflammation of distal bowel.

Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar Kini
