Feeling Of Something Moving Around Inside The Ear

Feels like my inner ear has a sensation as if I had been swimming and have water that is caught in my ear. I have not been swimming but when I swallow I can feel a sensation in my inner year that feels like water is trapped.I don't have any dizziness, headaches, or rising temperature symptoms.
